for the Mustang Girls’ basketball team’s season. They placed fourth at the District Tournament this weekend and is headed to the first roud of the State Playoffs next weekend. They travel to Scio to play on Saturday. The Heppner boys also also placed fourth at the tournament, and they will play in Central Linn Friday.
A couple of these pictures are mine, but most of them were taken by Sandy Matthews from Heppner. She got some great shots of Emma during the games! They played and beat Elgin Friday night, and then they played and lost to Weston-McEwen Saturday.
I am excited to watch Emma and the rest of the team play this weekend. Go Mustangs!
