Tonight I wanted to make some mini-cupcakes to take to work tomorrow for Valentine’s Day, and I decided I would try The Pioneer Woman’s Sticky Chocolate Icing recipe to go on top of them. She puts it on top of white cupcakes, but I love chocolate so that’s what I made. Besides, death by chocolate would be a fine death for me . . .
There are 120 of the little buggers, and they are fabulous!
