My Turn for the Silver Lining

This has been a tough week. That’s all I’m going to say about it. But, true to form, there is ALWAYS a silver lining to every rain cloud. I have such a blessed, wonderful life, and I take it for granted. I think we are each given these challenges to wake us up so we really appreciate all the blessings we have. Now that I’ve had my wake-up call, I am going to elaborate on my silver lining.

  • I have a husband who loves my girls and me more than anything, and he would give up almost anything for us.
  • Happy, healthy girls.
  • My self confidence and self worth have been restored.
  • Our mortgage financing came through, so we’re able to start the building process! YAY, NO MORE RENTING!

There are so many things I take for granted on a daily basis that this would turn into a marathon post. Let’s just say I’m going to try to appreciate every last blessing in my life from the Diet Coke that gets me going every morning to the family I love so much.
