To Do Tuesday July 18

Welcome to To Do Tuesday July 18!

TDTuesday

Christine at Stitch ALL The Things hosts To Do Tuesday.  TDT is a great weekly motivator to finish projects and (for me) to keep my To Do List manageable.

My list from July 11:

1.  Dresses for Emma
2.  Bahama Mama Bikini Bottoms
3.  “I Make Pretty Things” Slim Fit Raglan

Woo hoo!  Another week down, and more items checked off my list!  The funny thing about my list is that I added several items to it, but I didn’t get any of the three finished from last week.  I did, however, make progress on all three of them.

Now, on to my To-Do List!

1.  BSD Maggie Dresses for Emma

Emma’s dresses are cut and ready to be sewn together.  I’m hoping to get them finished and mailed off to her this week.

2.  Bahama Mama Bikini Bottoms

These, too are cut and ready to sew.  Time to find the time . . . .

3.  “I Make Pretty Things” Slim Fit Raglan

I seem to be following a theme here today – projects that are cut but not sewn.  The Slim Fit Raglan I am making will use the sewing machine fabric for the sleeves and neckband and charcoal for the body.  I will place the heat transfer vinyl “I make pretty things” on the front.

The items I added to my list included testing two patterns, and making my parents each a shirt.

4.  Lounge Pants Pattern Testing

These are so cute and comfortable!  I am excited for the release day so I can share them.

5.  Ladies Shorts Pattern Testing

Done, and I can’t wait to tell you all about them!  For now, here is a teaser picture.

6.  Mom & Dad’s “Happy Camper” Shirts

These are finished, too!  I’m so happy I was able to get them made for my parents, who love camping!

Since I didn’t completely finish my list from last week, it will be my list for this week, as well.  In addition, I am working on another pattern test.  This pattern test is for a garment that will fit Reagan, so it will be nice to make something for her.

My to-do list for this week:

1.  Dresses for Emma
2.  Bahama Mama Bikini Bottoms
3.  “I Make Pretty Things” Slim Fit Raglan
4. Pattern Test for Reagan.

Are you working on anything fun this week?

  1. You have been super busy! The camper shirts are so cute! Love the fabric for the slim fit raglan, and the transfer pattern too. I can’t wait to see that finished!
