To Do Tuesday June 13

Welcome to To Do Tuesday June 13!

TDTuesday

Christine at Stitch ALL The Things hosts To Do Tuesday.  TDT is a great weekly motivator to finish projects and (for me) to keep my To Do List manageable.

My list from June 6:

1.  Take Pictures & Post Gift Sewing Project
2.  Sew Americana Blog Tour
3. Christmas in July Blog Tour
4. Dresses for Emma
5. House Projects:  painting house, building shed, re-seeding grass, laying gravel base for deck, and re-graveling the driveway.

Phew!  What a crazy week and weekend!  Are you ready for a book?

1.  Take Pictures & Post Gift Sewing Project

Here she is, my super cute mom, in her new Sweet Tee and Cocoon Cardigan from Patterns for Pirates.  In the last year an a half, she has lost a little over 50 pounds and reached her 5-year post cancer anniversary, and she rocks!  I was super sneaky and got her measurements from her personal trainer, and I made this shirt and cardigan for her because she fell in love with the fabric when she saw it.

She isn’t grumpy – it was starting to rain and she was in a hurry. 😀

2.  Sew Americana Blog Tour

Fabric and patterns are selected, and I have started tracing the patterns to cut and sew!

3.  Christmas in July Blog Tour

I have the fabric set aside, and I know what I am making for this tour.  I will get started on it as soon as I finish the Sew Americana Tour items.

4.  Dresses for Emma

Emma has chosen the fabric she wants me to use, and I will get these cut out and sewn some time this week (crossing my fingers).

5.  House Projects

Well, it poured rain here all weekend, so we didn’t make an progress on the house projects.

My to-do list is shrinking again, and I love it!

1.  Sew Americana Blog Tour
2. Christmas in July Blog Tour
3. Dresses for Emma
4. House Projects:  painting house, building shed, re-seeding grass, laying gravel base for deck, and re-graveling the driveway.

Do you have any projects you are working on this week?
