My middle daughter, Harley, is raising money for a class field trip to Philadelphia, Washington DC, and New York in March. She has been working really hard, and is earning her spending money by doing odd-jobs for family and friends. The group-sponsored fundraisers apply directly toward her travel costs, and the group has reached it’s “crunch time”, as the final payments are due in January.
I am going to post here the fundraisers they currently have open so she can reach some of her out of town family and friends. These are listed in order by the ones ending the soonest. Scentsy
Who doesn’t love Scentsy? I love the fact that my house can smell great without burning a candle! The Scentsy sale will close November 5th. If you are interested in ordering anything, let us know. For the Scentsy Fundraiser, checks should be made out to Cove-Union Philly Group.
Christmas Greenery
This, by far, is the most popular fundraiser the kids have. Through this fundraiser, they sell fresh holiday wreaths, baskets, swags, and garland. The greenery is BEAUTIFUL, and well worth the investment!

Tastefully Simple
The Tastefully Simple fundraiser does not have a set ending date; however, in order to receive items before the holidays, orders should be placed no later than November 55th. Gun Raffle
Do you know anyone who hunts, or just likes to shoot or collect firearms? The Cove-Union Philly Group is selling raffle tickets to win a gun! The first place prize is a Winchester Model 70-270 (or $400 gift certificate to retailer of choice), and the second place prize is a Remington 870 Shotgun (or $250 gift certificate to retailer of choice.
The Gun Raffle fundraiser will end on December 17th, and the winner will be drawing at our Fundraising Meeting. If you are interested in purchasing raffle tickets, let us know. For the Gun Raffle, checks should be made out to Cove-Union Philly Group.
