Reagan and I went out tonight after school to take her 8th birthday pictures, but we ran out of light, so we’re going to have to try again this weekend. I am really happy with the ones we did get, though. I always have such mixed emotions about her birthdays – on one hand, I’m thrilled she’s getting older, more independent, and is learning more and more each day; but on the other hand, it is so sad that my baby girl is getting so big. She’s definitely not a baby anymore, but a bright, beautiful, energetic, funloving girl, and I love her so so much!
