An Office Goddess, that is! Here’s the proof:
The Administrator & Head Secretary meeting for the entire school district was today at our District Office. Apparently each year, the business office ladies have a little “welcome back” gift for the secretaries. This year we got these mugs and pens (the crazy bird).
The whole idea behind the bird pen was “birds of a feather flock together” meaning that we should work hard to be a cohesive group, working together like a team instead of individuals. The pens were anchored in the mug with Hershey’s Kisses & a bag of nuts (yum!). Then, we were told that whenever our administrators really start working on our last nerve, all we have to do is hold up our mugs to show them what’s what! How funny is that?
Anyway, I got a huge kick out of it and I think its a great way to begin our new year. The meeting was really good for me, too, because I was able to learn a lot and tap some great resources at the district office.
